Renew schedules local notifications ahead of each item's expiry date, at a time you choose in Settings. You can also ask Siri “What's expiring soon?” at any time.
Settings → Data & Storage → Back Up Everything creates one file with every item, category, and attachment. Restoring lets you merge with what you already have, or replace it entirely.
Subscriptions are handled entirely by Apple, not Renew. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions to view, change, or cancel anytime.
Open Renew → Settings → Premium → Restore Purchases. This re-links any purchase already tied to your Apple ID, at no extra cost.
Email with your device model, iOS version, and what you were doing when it happened. Screenshots help a lot.
